What is a Health Certificate?

Updated: May 9, 2024

A health certificate is an official document that only comes from a veterinarian. During the exam the vet will give the puppy a physical and take a fecal sample to run testing to determine if the puppy has any worms, parasites, etc. A heath certificate will not be given if the puppy does not pass testing. Health certificates are mandatory to fly your pet to you, airlines will refuse to board your pup unless all proper documentation is present. In the image attached I redacted all personal information for the purpose of posting it online.
