By paying the $500 Non-Refundable Down Payment, you agree to and understand the following: 
Payment Policy - Your $500 down payment is nonrefundable and will go toward the purchase price of your puppy. You will receive an invoice for your remaining balance via email and is due two weeks prior to the receipt of your puppy.
 
Health Guarantee - Your puppy is guaranteed to be healthy at the time of your purchase and will come with a certificate of health issued by our veterinarian. Your puppy is guaranteed for one year from the date of birth against hereditary and congenital disorders that may interfere with the puppies ability to live a normal life. In the unfortunate event that your puppy does not meet the standard of health described in our guarantee we will happily replace your puppy at no charge.
 
To keep the Health Guarantee in force you must have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian of your choice within five days of receipt of your puppy. During the exam should your vet find this puppy to be a poor health risk or detect any physical problems that would require further care other than required vaccinations and/or dewormings, you must contact us immediately. We are not financially responsible for this vet service or any other services rendered.
 
We are not responsible for any environmental issues once the puppy leaves our care. Talk to your vet about environmental health risks and how to prevent illness and injury.
 
We require proof of spay/neuter on all pets by 18 months.
