By paying the $500 Non-Refundable Down Payment, you agree to and understand the following: 

Payment Policy:
Your $500 down payment is nonrefundable and will go toward the purchase price of your puppy. 
You will receive an invoice for your remaining balance via email.
The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the receipt of your puppy.
 
Health Guarantee:
Your puppy is guaranteed to be healthy at the time of your purchase and will come with a Certificate of Healthissued by our veterinarian. 
Your puppy is guaranteed for one year from the date of birth against hereditary and congenital disorders that may interfere with the puppies ability to live a normal life. 
In the event that your puppy does not meet the standard of health described, we will happily replace your puppy upon availability at no additional charge.
 
Veterinary Exam Requirement:
To keep the Health Guarantee in force, you must have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian of your choice within five days of receipt. 
If your veterinarian finds your puppy to be a poor health risk or detects any physical problems (other than routine vaccinations and dewormings), you must contact us immediately.
