The first rule in potty training your puppy is to ALWAYS use positive reinforcement. Every dog has their own personality, and what works for some may be different than others. Its up to you to figure out what your puppy responds to best. This may be affection, treats, play, walks, praise, etc.. try all of these to narrow it down. We have doggy doors, they know how to use them when they leave here, but remember how young they are when they arrive. They are still learning so this will not be a mastered skill upon arrival. Patience and consistency are key to successful potty training. If you are struggling, a quick YouTube search will yield hundreds of videos for you to learn new tips and tricks.
